Neighbourhood Technology Desk/Avi Arya: Two most-awaited Android smartphones of 2018 were unveiled by South Korean tech giant Samsung ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are the latest flagship devices from Samsung’s stable.
Are powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset, Qualcomm’s latest and most-powerful processor, sports a 5.8-inch curved QHD+ Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9, just as the Galaxy S8. As for the bigger variant, the Galaxy S9+ has a 6.2-inch Quad HD + Curved Super AMOLED screen on-board. The Galaxy S9 has a 4GB RAM under the hood, whereas the Galaxy S9+ has 6GB RAM.
