Neighbourhood Technology Desk/Avi Arya: HMD Global, the company that holds the license to manufacture Nokia-branded smartphones, launched the Nokia 6 smartphone with 3GB RAM last year in June.
Nokia 6 features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. The handset runs Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. Also offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB by installing a microSD card. The device comes with hybrid dual SIM functionality and sports a 16MP rear camera with dual LED flash. There is also an 8MP front shooter with wide angle lens for selfies.
Measuring 154 x 75.8 x 7.8 mm, the device is backed by a 3000mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG as connectivity options. Customers can purchase the smartphone in Silver and Matte Black colour options.
