However, now it seems that the users of the smartphones are having some issues with the touchscreen response. Some of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ users have reported that some parts of the display are becoming unresponsive. The users said that the top and bottom parts of the display were not responding properly.
However, the company has now acknowledged the issue and has also issued an official statement on the same. The company said, “At Samsung, customer satisfaction is core to our business and we aim to deliver the best possible experience. We are looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen responsiveness issues. We are working with affected customers and investigating.
