Neighbourhood News Desk/Avi Arya: With the arrest of an auto thief, Mohd Imran (34), a resident of Meerut, the police who have also worked out 21 cases of auto thefts of Delhi-NCR, said a police official. Imran has also admitted to be involved in over 400 thefts cases for over the past nine years.
