Neighbourhood Technology Desk/Avi Arya: Samsung is gearing up for a big event on August 9. Company is expected to launch its next flagship phone, Galaxy Note 9, at the Unpacked event in New York. But Samsung is reportedly going to launch a new smartwatch as well – Samsung Galaxy Watch. The new wearable is expected to revive buzz in the smartwatch segment currently dominated by the likes of Apple Watch and a range of Android WearOS-based smartwatches. One of the biggest additions to Samsung Galaxy Watch is going to be Bixby, the company’s digital voice assistant that rivals Apple’s Siri.
