Rains lifted up Delhi’s air quality index

Neighbourhood News Desk/ Garima Kotroo: Delhi’s air quality is turning to good after continuous rain showers that wiped off all the pollutants in the air. The Air Quality Index of New Delhi was recorded at 43 which falls under the “good” category.

The ministry has prepared a draft with an objective to come up with a new plan for prevention and control of air pollution, and to expand the air quality monitoring network across the country. This is temporary to have few more clean air days.
