Even a quick meditation can boost your brain up

Neighbourhood Lifestyle Desk/ Garima Kotroo: Even a bit session of meditation can significantly boost up your ability to complete the cognitive tasks quickly and accurately if you meditate even before. The study has found that students who listen to a 10-minute meditation tape before their respective tasks and assignments perform better on tests than peers who listen to a “control” recording on a generic subject.
