Great for weight loss and detoxification, and can also do wonders for the hair and skin.

These are some benefits that lemons provide for us:

  • They are rich in Vitamin C and helps in giving our digestion a boost, either by the juices directly from the fruit itself or enjoying it with warm water early in the morning.
  • Lemon Juice with lukewarm water and honey helps reduce weight loss and helps in sour throat relief.
  • Adding lemon combined with olive oil helps whiten and strengthen brittle nails.
