Recommended for the adults is Resistance training which helps in maintaining and increase of muscle strength and functioning capacity when ageing.
This helps in improving exercising motivation as well as planning exercises among other adults. Additionally after some tests run by Tiia Kekalainen from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland, the planning of exercises had increased, showing that the participants are starting to think in how to start and maintain a physically active lifestyle.
