Neighbourhood News Desk/ Ausafh Dilshad: Now, Hauz Khas monuments would not be a free place for all. Archaeological survey of India(ASI) has asked the Cultural ministry to have a paid entry to the monuments.
ASI sources said that “about a thousands of people visit here daily making it a good potential revenue earner”.
They also plan to add more greenery and other facilities like cafeteria, benches, souvenir shops, toilet blocks, etc. The popularity and proximity from the adjacent Hauz Khas Village led to this decision, as many youngsters visit it daily.
