Neighbourhood News Desk/Avi Arya: All across Delhi loose soil and building material at several construction sites are just being added to the dust, threatening to destroy the efforts that were made in order to combat pollution in which a construction ban will be in place for 10 days.

Among five of the most prominent construction sites in Delhi the Dhaula Kuan crossing, the Nizamuddin flyover, and Pragati Maidan were the ones where the dug-up soil and sand were propelled by the passing traffic.

Road dust is one of the major contributors to air pollution during this time of the year and is considered one of the prominent pollutants in Delhi.
