SBI hiked its FD rates

Neighbourhood News Desk/ Garima Kotroo: One of the largest Indian banks, State Bank of India (SBI) has increased its fixed deposit rates to select maturity periods with effect from November 29, 2018.

The deposits below Rs1 Crore with maturity period of 1 to 2 years will fetch 6.8% rate of interest as compared to 6.7%. Similarly, the interest rate on FDs with maturity period of 2 to 3 years is hiked from 6.75% to 6.8%.
