Development Authority teams up to check for intrusion

In order to check the vacant land packages for any signs of intrusion, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) teams up with the Regional Remote Sensing Centre (RRSC) of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

DDA vice-chairman Tarun Kapoor said that, the land-owningagency can be able to detect intrusion by using a computer system and gain satelliteimages with the help of ISRO. 

Teams that have been assigned vacant land areas will get longitude and latitude details by using a mobile phone and a special devise to ensure the accuracy in measurement.
