The Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) has suspended Bollywood director Sajid Khan for one year. The organisation takes this decision after the filmmaker was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women.
IFTDA president Ashoke Pandit said that Khan was given an opportunity to come ahead in his defence but he did not give any explanation to the allegations. Pandit also added that Sajid had admitted to being disrespectful towards women.
