CID creator BP Singh became the new chairman of FTII

The creator of popular non-fiction show ‘CID’, Brijendra Pal Singh has been appointed as the new chairman of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). Singh has succeeded previous president of the institute, Anupam Kher who stepped down due to his “busy schedule”. B.P Singh was formerly the Vice Chairman of FTII.
