The Delhi metro’s Pink line which is stretched to 9.7km may become major passage hub as it will connect Hazrat Nizamuddin. The metro station at Hazrat Nizamuddin will be linked with the ISBT at Sarai Kale Khan. The stretching line may have the “world’s smallest station” on it, in Ashram Metro Station.
To give a touch of grace to the station, 30 artworks along with jharokhas will portray the “historical heritage” of the area. The stretch will be inaugurated by the Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Hardeep Singh Puri and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on 31st December 2018.
