The giant in India’s largest hospitality companies OYO has introduced a digital record system to provide real-time updates to the state governments and concerning authorities. These updates will also include check-in and check- out timings of the visitors.
The CEO of OYO South Asia, Aditya Ghosh has said that this process will be more efficient and transparent than the manual version. In this digital system, hotel managers or receptionists can capture and share the details of customers with authorities.
