This academic year, after the ‘Happiness Curriculum’ was introduced in the schools of Delhi, the government now relies on the ‘happiness therapy’ to help in improving the overall outcome of patient-care in its hospitals as well.
This initiative was launched on January 17, 2019, by Health Minister Satyendar Jain. The new therapy can also help in quick healing as well as form a better relationship between the patients and hospital staff too. The minister also said that this therapy will include dance, music, songs, meditation, yoga and laughter under proper supervision.
