The AAP plans to get CCTV cameras installed all over Delhi. And so, a meeting was held on February 5, at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence.
The purpose of this meeting is for the AAP’s MLA’s (Member of Legislative Assembly) to discuss with the people in their constituencies, the locations in which the cameras are installed.
The government has then formed a committee composed of five members such as, RWAs, Delhi Police, PWD, BEL and MLAs. This committee helps in deciding where in the colonies and markets to install the cameras.
