Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, did not like the design of a service road along the National Highway-9, which passed through his assembly constituency in east Delhi. And so wrote a complaint letter to Union minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari.
In his two-page letter to Gadkari, he demanded that the drain should be cleaned, since water logging has taken place on the service road.
Sisodia also mentioned in his letter, that the service road’s faulty design has led to ‘hellish conditions’ in two wards of his assembly constituency, which is Mandawali and West Vinod Nagar, apart from the IP Extension.
