It’s said that the traffic bottlenecks in the crowded areas of east Delhi are expected to ease out by August next year. This is made possible by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government’s plan involving two road infrastructure projects on February 17.
These Projects include the construction of a two-way flyover at the Shastri Park junction and a one-way flyover parallel to the existing one at Seelampur crossing.
Satyendar Jain the State urban development minister stated that both projects both help in reducing the travel time between Kashmere Gate inter-state bus terminal (ISBT) and Shahdara by five to seven minutes.
