Delhi govt to set up hostels for homeless

Taking one step forward after ‘Rain Basera’ Delhi government is now planning to set up boys hostels for those workers who work on daily wages. Reportedly, the hostel will provide enough beds, kitchen and other facilities at the rent of Rs 1000 per month. These will be set up in such areas Kashmere Gate, Sarai Kale Khan, Paharganj and Yamuna Bazar where the ratio of homeless and daily wagers is quite high.
