In order to prevent any further disturbance to the people, a certain type of technology has been obtained by the Delhi Metro. This technology is said to finally provide help with the problem of dust flying around the construction sites causing pollution.
This technology is called a dust suppression system, which works by using a high pressured water fogging system which is combined with the air flow. This system has been installed at the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) construction site at Dwarka Sector 25.
These machines are built to spin over 360 degrees and cover a circular area of 100 to 200 metres from one end to the other. It is also said that these machines will play a major role in fighting against the challenges of dust pollution that these construction sites face from time to time.
