According to the recent orders of Gujarat High Court, saying ‘Main Tujhe Dekh Loonga’ will not be considered as the expression of crime or a threat of injury. This comes after the FIR has been lodged against a lawyer for allegedly threatening the cops by saying ‘I will see all of them’. The lawyer has been punished with the imprisonment in 2017.

Reportedly, cops from Prantij Police station interrupted the conversation between the lawyer and his client after which an argument heated up among the two. However, Gujarat High Court dismissed the FIR by stating ‘I will see you’ cannot be considered as criminal intimidation.
